BioOnly child, had abilities since birth. Lost her parents the same was Sam lost his. Interesting thing is she has the same birthday as Sam and is exactly one year younger than him. John adopted her as his own daughter and she grew up with Sam and Dean. She loved hunting, but also craves a normal life. She is one of the most powerful of all the "special kids". She's connected with both of the Winchester boys. She and Sam are mentally connect, and physically connected with Dean. She loves them both, but is searching for something she might never find, but knows it's out there somewhere.
